Suzanne joined Edelman Financial Engines in April 2022, bringing with her more than 20 years of leadership experience and a track record of growing and building organizations, both organically and inorganically, within the financial services industry. She has worked extensively within the wealth planning and workplace sectors and is a proven leader who prioritizes growing and developing talent as part of organizational growth strategies.

As our chief financial officer and chief operating officer, she has the important role of directing our financial and corporate strategy, and the employee experience for a diverse and passionate team of professionals who represent our competitive advantage in the industry and the heart of our company.

She leads a team of professionals across our accounting, finance, human resources, data & analytics, and corporate strategy teams, helping them to achieve Edelman Financial Engine’s business goals. Suzanne works with the entire executive team to develop the firm’s long-term growth strategy and financial objectives and to champion Edelman Financial Engine’s vision to help millions of Americans achieve their financial aspirations.

Before joining Edelman Financial Engines, Suzanne was the chief financial officer of the Personal Financial Management Group within Goldman Sachs. In addition, she also led Ayco’s Sales Strategy and Execution and Corporate Benefits Specialists teams. Previously, she was chief operating officer of the Americas institutional business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Suzanne worked at Fidelity Investments and AXA in a variety of functions, including developing and executing strategic plans, implementing new financial tools and processes, optimizing sales channels, improving product roadmaps, and working with clients.

Suzanne earned a Bachelor of Science from Johnson & Wales University and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.
