We have embarked on a five-year plan to improve the accessibility of our website. This includes initiatives such as manual and automated audits, role-specific training and making it possible to navigate the site without a mouse, among other efforts.

We recognize that digital accessibility is essential to an inclusive workplace and world. That’s why we consider the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as we build our platform and pages, and why, beginning in 2024, digital accessibility training will be part of the curriculum for our technology, design and communications colleagues.
