Joey Miller

Vice President, M&A

Joey is responsible for driving the expansion of the organization through mergers and acquisitions of other RIAs, executing strategic growth initiatives, and leading the seamless integration of new teams and their clients into EFE. With over 12 years of operations, strategy, and M&A consulting experience in financial services, he has spent his career helping firms navigate complex transformations and drive more value to clients and employees. Prior to joining EFE, he led growth strategy and analytics for Goldman Sachs Ayco, consulted firms as a Deal Advisory & Strategy Manager at KPMG, and served on the strategy team TD Ameritrade. Joey holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern Kellogg.
