Edelman Financial Engines' Everyday Wealth with Jean Chatzky

Everyday wealth in America

Season 2 Episode 22

Everyday wealth in America

Now more than ever, your financial life is deeply connected to your everyday life. To explore how Americans define wealth in the context of the world around them, Edelman Financial Engines partnered with Greenwald Research to examine critical topics that sit squarely at the intersection of life and money, such as family relationships, retirement goals and wealth transfer. In this episode of Edelman Financial Engines’ Everyday Wealth™, Jean talks with Jason Van de Loo, executive vice president and co-chief client officer at Edelman Financial Engines, about the results of the Everyday Wealth in America 2022 Report, and the challenges that Americans face when it comes to having discussions about money. Later in the episode, wealth planner Isabel Barrow joins Jean and Jason to discuss why 83% of survey respondents said they stress less because of their financial planner and the tactical ways in which a planner can help.
