Tina Wilson

Chief Retirement Officer

As Chief Retirement Officer, Tina Wilson leads Edelman Financial Engines’ enterprise retirement strategy and capabilities, overseeing the Workplace, Employee Planning, and Retirement Plan Services businesses. She brings more than 25 years of experience driving growth, innovation, and transformation across retirement, wealth management, financial advice, and investment solutions.

Most recently, Tina served as Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer of Empower, leading enterprise product strategy and innovation, and served as CEO of Empower Advisory Group, the company’s registered investment adviser. Previously, Wilson held a range of senior leadership roles at MassMutual, including leading product and investment innovation and serving as President of MML Funds.

Tina is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society Colorado.  She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Connecticut.
