Eric Lanser

Senior Director, Corporate Development

Eric Lanser is a Senior Director on the Corporate Development team.  Eric is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing mergers & acquisitions to drive EFE’s inorganic growth strategy. Prior to joining EFE, Eric worked on the Corporate Development team at Fidelity Investments where he executed transactions to build Fidelity’s retail investing and technology capabilities.  Eric previously worked at Evercore Partners, where he advised companies on buy-side and sell-side transactions in the financial services sector.  Before working in finance, Eric spent four years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force. Eric holds a B.S. in Chemical-Biological Engineering from MIT and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
