The 2024 Client Satisfaction survey was conducted for Edelman Financial Engines (EFE) by SMG, a third-party research company on a rolling basis during 2024. Information was gathered through an online survey distributed to all traditional wealth and employee planning clients who had a comprehensive annual review (over 34,000 clients) of which over 4,600 responded (13%). Responders were asked to rate their satisfaction level shortly after a comprehensive review conversation with their planner. On a scale of 1-5, 95% of the responders rated their overall satisfaction level as “Highly Satisfied” (5 out of 5) and 93% of the responders rated their experience as highly likely to recommend EFE to a friend or colleague, (a 9 or 10 on a 0-10 point scale).
