With more than 20 years of experience in financial services, Nefertari is a key member of the Advanced Planning Strategies Team. With expertise in retirement plan design, suitability, implementation, maintenance and compliance, she helps advisors troubleshoot complex problems and position solutions for their clients.

Nefertari joined Edelman Financial Engines in 2023 and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional.

Prior to joining EFE, Nefertari held financial planning and relationship management roles at Empower and Vanguard where she helped deliver complex financial and retirement planning strategies.

Nefertari appreciates the opportunity to educate others by taking complex topics and explaining them in simple terms and plain language that help make financial guidance more accessible and actionable.

Nefertari earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and she currently resides in the Charlotte, NC metro area.
