Christian Mango is Senior Vice President, Retirement Advisory Practice Leader at Edelman Financial Engines, bringing nearly 30 years of leadership experience across retirement plan advisory, asset management, and employee benefits. He is known for scaling retirement advisory businesses, leading acquisitions and integration, and building workplace-to-wealth capabilities that connect employers, plan participants and advisors.

Prior to joining EFE, Christian served as Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at OneDigital, helping to lead strategic M&A across deal sourcing, evaluation, diligence and post-close integration for the firm's retirement plan advisory and workplace-to-wealth businesses. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, National Practice Leader for Retirement Plan Services at Alera Group, driving substantial growth and transforming the business into a nationally recognized retirement plan advisory platform. He has also held senior leadership roles at Prime Capital Financial and BlackRock, developing deep expertise in retirement plan design, fiduciary governance, and workplace financial wellness.

Christian earned a master’s degree in business administration from Boston College and a bachelor's degree in economics from Lehigh University.
